Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Two years of formal training, internship, or leadership experience related to the administrator’s assignment.
• Equity-minded focus, responsiveness, and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and inclusive environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain employer partnerships to expand work-based learning and student employment opportunities.
• Coordinate with faculty, industry partners, and career services to increase employer participation in events.
• Align partnerships with regional workforce needs and career education programs.
• Collaborate on advisory committees and regional workforce initiatives.
• Manage data collection, reporting, and evaluation of partnerships and outcomes.
• Represent the college at industry, workforce, and community events.
