Job summary

Los Rios Community College District seeks a Director of Employer and Workforce Partnerships to lead the college's engagement with employers, industry groups, and workforce partners in the Sacramento region.

You will develop work-based learning, coordinate events, and align programs with regional needs, reporting on outcomes and guiding strategy with data-driven decisions. This role reports to the Vice President of Instruction and Economic and Workforce Development and is contingent on funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum two years of leadership-related experience.
