Association of International Certified Professional Accountants seeks a senior leader to oversee employee benefit plan auditing and accounting. You will guide EBPAQC and the EBP Expert Panel, representing the Association with regulators and standard setters, while shaping strategy for members and professionals from our Durham, NC hybrid office.
You will drive content development, collaborate across teams, translate complex material, and manage delivery of high-quality EBP guidance.
You will be the subject matter expert on employee benefit plan (EBP) auditing and accounting for the Association. Direct the EBP Audit Quality Center (EBPAQC) and the EBP Expert Panel while representing the Association with regulators and standard setters on EBP matters. You will report to, and partner with, the Vice President – Financial Reporting & Audit Quality. You will develop a strategy to serve EBP Audit Quality Center members, Association members and engaged professionals, and lead implementation. You will use a hybrid work schedule from our Durham, NC Office

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $150,000 - $180,000
