Job summary

FINRA is seeking a Director of Strategic Intelligence to lead a multi-disciplinary team tasked with identifying and analyzing emerging risks and regulatory trends. The role requires mastery of intelligence disciplines and the ability to build key internal and external relationships for impactful regulatory decisions.

You will drive the development of intelligence frameworks, set priorities, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership and regulatory staff while upholding FINRA's values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of ten years of experience required.
• Advanced degree in intelligence studies, public policy, business, or law preferred.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of intelligence analysts across multiple disciplines.
• Identify, analyze, and predict emerging risks and regulatory trends.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop intelligence frameworks, collection strategies, and dissemination standards.
• Translate complex intelligence into actionable insights for senior leadership.
