Qualifications

• 12+ years of software development experience with at least 8 years managing medium to large technology projects.
• 5 years experience delivering projects involving emerging tech such as Mobile/Wearables, IoT, Game Engines, CV, NLP, and Advanced ML.
• Proven innovation leader with ability to navigate a large, complex stakeholder environment.
• Deconstruct complex problems and help teams create clarity out of ambiguous requirements.
• Ability to lead multiple engineering projects of significant complexity.

Responsibilities

• Guide exploration and evaluation of emerging technologies aligned with quarterly opportunity map.
• Oversee proofs of concept and stakeholder testing to validate feasibility, UX, and business value.
• Facilitate transfer of validated insights to delivery teams and implementation.
• Engage stakeholders, users, and partners to gather feedback and support validation efforts.
• Communicate strategies and findings to senior executives, translating into actionable insights.
• Manage sponsor expectations, ensuring transparency around scope, outcomes and value realization.
• Provide technical leadership to the Emerging Technology team with sound engineering practices.
