Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related field required.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in construction, telecommunications, infrastructure, technology, operations, or related industry.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, programs, market launches, or startups.
• Experience with dashboard reporting, analytics, and resource planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of new market launch activities with cross-functional teams.
• Drive launch planning and governance across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Operations, and more.
• Track deliverables, escalate risks, and maintain launch momentum.
• Lead transition planning and handoff to in-market operations after launch.
• Support stabilization and early growth with operational leadership.
• Develop dashboards and readiness reports for executive updates.
• Contribute to the Emerging Markets Playbook and standardize processes.
