Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, seeks a Director to lead the planning, launch, and stabilization of new geographic markets. You will drive cross-functional execution with executives and operations teams to ensure readiness and scalable growth across markets.

You’ll build market intelligence, dashboards, and playbooks while guiding transitions to in-market ownership and continuous improvement. Leadership in construction/telecom environments is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required; MBA preferred.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional programs and market launches.
• Experience with dashboards, analytics, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, launch readiness, and governance for new markets.
• Coordinate across HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations.
• Develop market intelligence and data-driven expansion recommendations.
• Maintain launch dashboards and executive updates.
• Improve processes and standardize startup market practices.
