Job summary

Merit Restorations is seeking an Estimating Service Line Director to standardize estimating across all branches and markets. This role will build the system, playbook, and people that produce accurate, well-documented estimates and train Project Managers nationwide.

Based in Northern Virginia (Purcellville) with regular travel to VA markets and Dallas, TX, you will drive cross-divisional alignment and coaching to maximize claim outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in insurance restoration estimating and claims.
• Ability to write airtight scopes and supplement complex claims.
• Proven track record of supplement recovery.

Responsibilities

• Own Merit's master estimating line item library—the standard across all divisions.
• Lead company-wide estimating training and coaching.
• Own the estimate-to-collection data and close gaps in revenues.
