Job summary

Mercy Fort Smith is seeking a Director of Emergency Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for the region's largest Emergency Department. You will guide a fast-paced team, partner with physicians, EMS, and trauma leadership, and drive outcomes, patient experience, and compliance during a period of growth.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current RN licensure in the applicable state of practice.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
3-5 years of leadership or administrative experience.
3-5 years of relevant clinical experience.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for a fast-paced Emergency Department.
Collaborate with physicians, EMS partners, trauma leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
Lead high-performing teams to improve outcomes and patient experience.
Support growth and transformation during surrounding community needs.
