You will oversee a growing, expanded ED and ICU, focus on outcomes, patient experience, and regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians, EMS, and trauma leadership.

Qualifications

• RN license in the applicable state
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• 3-5 years leadership or administrative experience
• 3-5 years relevant clinical experience

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a fast-paced ED
• Lead a high-performing, cross-disciplinary team
• Collaborate with physicians, EMS partners and trauma leadership
• Drive regulatory compliance, trauma standards, and emergency medicine best practices
