Job summary

Piedmont Macon Medical, part of Piedmont Healthcare, is seeking a Nursing Director/Executive to provide administrative and operational leadership for assigned departments. This role oversees cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care, and clinical outcomes, while ensuring patient, physician and staff satisfaction and pursuing change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• 7 years of nursing experience with 3 years progressive management experience.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments, including cost/finance, HR, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes.
• Lead and participate in Shared Governance focusing on mission, vision and values; promote person-centered, patient-family centered care and value-driven outcomes.
• Drive change management and staff/patient/physician satisfaction as part of the management team.

Serves as part of a the management team and Shared Governance Model focused on promoting the mission, vision and values, of PHC and Nursing Professional Practice, embracing a person-centered philosophy while promoting patient- family centered services across the continuum and enhancing value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications
