About the Hospital and Department:

• Position will manage a growing 28 bed ED that sees over 50k annual visits and a team of 80 FTE's
• Well supported by an ED Manager, Clinical Coordinators and Charge Nurses
• Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer
• Strong opportunities for growth and advancement within the health system

Qualifications & Requirements for Director, Emergency Department (RN):

• Master's degree required (Master's or Bachelor's must be in Nursing)
• Active RN License State of NC
• Minimum of seven (7) years of ER clinical nursing experience required
• Minimum of three (3) years of ER leadership experience as an Emergency Department Manager or Director level required
• INSPIRATIONAL, SERVANT leader who will be able to ensure the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care to the community
• Be able to show a demonstrated track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and the patient experience
