Job summary

Loenbro in Texas is seeking an EH&S Coordinator I to promote a culture of safety at assigned Mission Critical sites. You will ensure compliance with internal EH&S policies and external regulations, conduct audits, provide training, and help implement safety programs to minimize risk and protect workers.

Reporting to the EH&S Manager, you will collaborate with multiple departments and site leadership to maintain safe, healthy operations, investigate incidents, and support preparedness for

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 required.
• Experience in heavy industrial construction or related fields.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct incident investigations and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety audits and inspections at assigned sites.
• Develop and implement EH&S programs to reduce risk.
• Provide EH&S training and coaching to site personnel.
