Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions is seeking a Director of Environmental Health & Safety to lead EHS strategy and programs across three North American sites, including Austin, TX. You will drive environmental compliance, sustainability performance, and robust health and safety programs across manufacturing, office, and distribution operations.

The role partners with site leaders, operations, legal, HR, engineering, and external stakeholders to strengthen environmental performance and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, occupational safety, industrial hygiene, engineering, or related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive EHS experience with emphasis on environmental compliance and leadership in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Multi-site North America EHS leadership experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting, compliance systems, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the EHS strategy across three North American sites (Austin, TX; Brighton; Mississauga) with focus on environmental compliance and sustainability.
• Establish and maintain environmental policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and local environmental regulations and permit requirements.
• Oversee environmental permitting, audits, and inspections; manage incident response and corrective actions.
• Provide leadership in occupational health and safety programs and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
• Develop and support EHS training programs and drive accountability across leadership and teams.
• Collaborate with corporate EHS and site leadership to align programs with corporate standards.
