Job summary

Flex is seeking a Sr Director of EH&S and Sustainability to join our Austin, TX team. You will mentor site EH&S professionals, implement corporate programs, and drive compliance with OSHA, EPA and local regulations. You will lead safety culture, measure performance with KPIs, manage capital projects, support due diligence for M&A, and partner with regional leadership to achieve best-in-class EH&S across sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience leading EHS programs across multiple sites globally.
• Experience managing OSHA, EPA, and state/local safety/regulations.
