Nidec Motor Corporation in the United States seeks a seasoned Environmental, Health & Safety leader for the Power Americas Division. You will direct EHS programs across multiple sites, ensure OSHA compliance, and drive risk reduction and environmental stewardship.

Competenze

• Ten years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Multi-site EHS leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and workers' compensation regulations.
• Experience leading investigations, audits, risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Ability to travel ~25% to sites within the division.
• US Citizenship required for North Mankato facility.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and maintain divisional EHS policies and programs across all Power Americas manufacturing locations.
• Provide leadership to site EHS teams and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple state sites.
• Lead environmental compliance activities including permitting, reporting, waste, air, wastewater, stormwater and chemical management.
• Establish divisional EHS objectives, metrics, and review processes.
• Develop strategies to reduce injuries, illnesses, and environmental incidents.
• Lead investigations of incidents and regulatory matters to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Coordinate EHS audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate timely implementation.
