Job summary

Panasonic Energy is seeking a Senior Director of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) to lead enterprise programs across PECNA’s North American operations, including Sparks, NV and De Soto, KS. You will align with Japan-based stakeholders, drive safety culture, and oversee a centralized EHS leadership team.

The role requires extensive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing, strong regulatory and risk-management expertise, and a proven ability to influence cross-functional partners to embed EHS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive EHS experience within complex manufacturing/industrial operations.
• 10+ years of leadership experience across multiple EHS disciplines/ sites.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise EHS strategy and governance for North American operations.
• Lead centralized EHS organization spanning environmental, people safety, and production safety.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage enterprise risk and performance metrics.
