Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Senior Director of Environment, Health & Safety to lead enterprise EHS strategy for NA operations. You will oversee a centralized EHS organization and partner with site leaders to drive risk reduction and compliance.

Based at Sparks, NV or De Soto, KS with up to 40% travel, you will coordinate with Japan and global teams to align standards, reporting, and continuous improvement across PECNA sites.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive EHS experience in complex manufacturing.
• 10+ years of leadership experience over multiple EHS disciplines/sites.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance, occupational health, and safety management.
• Ability to lead through influence across executive and global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set and execute enterprise EHS strategy and priorities.
• Advise executives on EHS risk and regulatory obligations.
• Lead centralized EHS organization spanning multiple disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety regulations.
• Partner with global stakeholders including Japan.
• Establish EHS metrics, dashboards, and risk visibility.
• Lead audits, benchmarking, and continuous improvement.
