Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks a senior IT leader to oversee the design, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise EHR and related clinical applications. You will align strategy with organizational goals to optimize clinical workflows, provider experience, and patient outcomes across the health system.

You will partner with clinical leaders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive adoption of technology.

Qualifications

• 7 years of implementation and support experience in Information Services.
• Large-scale healthcare IT implementation experience.
• Budget and project management responsibilities.
• Experience with integrated systems architecture planning, development and implementation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic EMR implementation projects and governance.
• Develop business cases and RFPs/RFIs.
• Define requirements, deliverables, objectives, resources, and schedules.
• Manage scope, change management, communications, and risk.
• Mentor staff and escalate issues to executives.
• Ensure outcomes meet organizational goals and quality standards.
