Green Thumb is seeking a Director of Product Development - Edibles to lead the Edibles product development team from concept through commercialization. You will own the end-to-end process, translate briefs into winning formulations, and oversee sensory evaluation to drive quality and scale.

You will mentor a team of food scientists and culinary experts, partnering with innovation, consumer insights, and implementation to ensure products delight consumers and meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead edibles product development end-to-end from concept to commercialization.
• Mentor and manage the edibles R&D team, collaborating with QA, procurement, and implementation.
