Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Product Solutions Director for eCommerce Payments to lead merchant solutions strategy within Merchant Services. You will guide sales advisory, craft complex solutions, and shape customer-centric offerings for the eRetail, B2B Solutions, and Technology sectors.

You will tailor existing payments products, design new solutions, and drive market delivery across the full sales cycle, influencing pricing, collateral, and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading and developing solutions across multiple teams and a product cluster.
• eRetail: deep knowledge of ecommerce, retailing, omnichannel, B2C/B2B, DTC.
• B2B Solutions: experience optimizing payments, billing, ERP integration.
• Tech: familiarity with consumer tech, marketplaces, gig economy, social media, gaming.

Responsibilities

• Advise Product Solutions teams on solutioning and risk assessment.
• Partner with Sales to position and sell to eRetail, B2B, and Tech clients.
• Lead end-to-end product solution strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborate on pricing strategy, RFP responses, and sales training.
• Gather client feedback and translate to Product teams.
