Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Solutions Manager in Merchant Services, eCommerce Payments Products and Solutions, focused on developing merchant payments solutions for the eRetail, B2B Solutions and Technology sectors.

You will tailor offerings, design new solutions, and bring them to market while aligning with Sales and Product teams. You will lead solutioning for complex client needs, engage with Sales, and act as a voice of the customer to inform the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience solving problems across multiple teams and products.
• Extensive experience in a sales cycle with regular client engagement.
• Experience tailoring preconfigured solutions for complex problems.
• Experience in a matrixed, complex organization.
• Deep knowledge of eRetail, B2B Solutions, and technology sectors.

Responsibilities

• Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives.
• Bring expertise of the eRetail | B2B Solutions | Technology sector to our merchant payments solutioning work, and partner with our Sales and Relationship Management teams to position and sell to clients in these sectors.
• Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities in the realm of merchant payments for the eRetail | B2B Solutions | Technology industry with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends.
• Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials.
• Engages with client teams in the eRetail | B2B Solutions | Technology industry to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
