Qualifications

• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical commercial, new product planning, or related roles.
• Experience supporting pipeline, pre-launch, or early commercial strategy.
• Experience with external stakeholder engagement.
• Cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
• Experience in neurology or rare disease markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Director to support US planning for early pipeline assets.
• Develop and execute early market shaping strategies ahead of launch.
• Identify and map external stakeholders including: HCP thought leaders, treatment center influencers, advocacy leaders, patient communities.
• Ensure external engagement approaches are compliant with medical and cross-functional teams.
• Synthesize external insights to inform opportunity assessment and market readiness.
• Support planning materials, strategic recommendations, and leadership updates.
• Contribute to cross-functional planning with medical, advocacy, market access, analytics, and global teams.
• Maintain a structured view of stakeholder engagement opportunities over time.
• Contribute to the external foundations of a new Business Unit.
