Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a related field is required.
• Experience with Keystone STARS, NAEYC, and similar agencies preferred.
• At least 2500 hours of experience working with children.
• Spanish fluency preferred.
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate educational programs for children of various ages.
• Hire, train, supervise, monitor, and evaluate childcare staff.
• Manage Center waitlist and enrollment including parent tours, registration, and onboarding families.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding child progress and hold regular parent meetings.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal childcare regulations and maintain required licenses/certifications.
• Create and manage the ELC center’s budget and respond effectively to emergencies.
