Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Director to lead day-to-day school operations and support the education of young children. You will oversee staff, ensure compliance with licensing and company standards, and partner with families to promote a nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; state requirements apply.
• CDA/Associate or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements.
• 1–2 years supervisory/management experience with six non-exempt staff; ECE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead school staff, plan schedules, evaluate performance, and coach teachers.
• Ensure operations align with company curriculum and licensing standards.
• Maintain an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and families.
• Promote the company’s image and serve as a provider of choice in the community.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff while supporting profitability.
