Learning Care Group is seeking a Director to lead daily school operations, ensuring high-quality education and safety for children while maintaining strong partnerships with families.

The Director will oversee staff, implement curriculum, meet licensing standards, and drive profitability. Strong leadership and early childhood credentials are required, with state requirements to be met. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state education requirements; state requirements may apply.
• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements.
• 1–2 years supervisory/management experience of at least six non-exempt associates; experience in early childhood education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage School staff by planning schedules, evaluating performance, and developing improvement plans.
• Ensure the school operates in compliance with company and state licensing standards.
• Provide an educational, caring, and safe environment for children and parents.
• Foster imagination and self-esteem in children, encouraging daily discoveries.
• Promote a positive company image and position the school as a provider of choice in the community.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
• Help achieve profitability for the company.
