BBQGuys.com is hiring a Director of E-Commerce Merchandising & Vendor Relations to lead a team of Online Merchants and Analysts. You will drive revenue, margin, and conversion while owning vendor relations, rebates, and co-op programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field.
4-6 years in ecommerce, retail buying, category management, or vendor/partner management.
Director-level or senior role with commercial accountability.
Outdoor living, home improvement, or specialty e-retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Online Merchants and Senior Analysts to drive revenue, margin and CVR goals.
Own vendor relations, rebates, co-ops, and partner program negotiations.
Develop enrollment criteria, activation standards, and QBR cadence with vendors.
Present progress, performance results, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Tech for campaign alignment and site experience improvements.
Coach and develop direct reports to build a high-accountability, growth-oriented team.
