Job summary

Northeastern Technical College (NETC) seeks a capable administrator to coordinate enrollment, student services programs, and reporting for CTE initiatives across Chesterfield, Marlboro, and Dillon Counties. The role includes advising students, aligning course options with career goals, and supervising CTE navigators.

Responsibilities extend to data-driven program improvements, quarterly grant benchmarks, and collaboration with high school directors and external partners to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Knowledge of student development theories and educational administration.
• Experience counseling and advising students or clients.
• Strong public relations and communication abilities.
• Ability to supervise, train and evaluate personnel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment, admissions, financial aid, housing, records and registration activities.
• Oversee student services programs and career/workforce navigation for diverse cohorts.
• Prepare and submit quarterly grant benchmarks and CIP code reporting to the Department of Education.
• Develop plans to improve program quality and alignment with college strategy.
• Travel as needed to engage with industry partners and school districts.
