Qualifications

• Experience with large national retail organizations, preferably in toys.
• Highly analytical to create business recommendations from data sources.
• Excellent relationship building and proven sales success with key accounts.
• Advanced knowledge of syndicated data analysis, data metrics, shopper behavior, brand, and category volumes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a sales team and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
