Job summary

eSentio Technologies is seeking a Director of Consulting, DMS to lead high-stakes DMS projects for premier law firms and to drive business development across AmLaw 200 clients. You will mentor a team of consultants, shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure top-tier client outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years leading ECM/DMS initiatives, deep NetDocuments/iManage expertise, and strong governance and security knowledge. This is a remote, full-time role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience with large (global preferred) law firms
• 7+ years of hands-on experience leading large-scale ECM or DMS projects
• Deep expertise in NetDocuments, iManage, and related integrations
• Strong understanding of legal governance, compliance, and security frameworks

Responsibilities

• Spearhead business development and grow client relationships with AmLaw 200 firms
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year DMS implementations
• Design and deploy content lifecycle strategies using NetDocuments and iManage
• Oversee and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring top-tier client outcomes
• Represent eSentio at industry events and contribute thought leadership
