Job summary

eSentio Technologies is hiring a Senior Consultant, DMS to help build the Document Management Systems practice. This remote, full-time role focuses on guiding clients through the design and implementation of DMS solutions, with emphasis on NetDocuments, Worldox, or iManage deployments.

You will lead project plans, develop best practices, and stay current with industry trends while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Substantial law firm consulting experience in DMS design, implementation, and support.
• 3+ years consulting in the legal vertical with NetDocuments or iManage projects.
• 2+ years of MSSQL Server experience.
• 5+ years of NetDocuments or iManage implementations and product rollouts.
• 2+ years integrating desktop apps with DMS.
• Understand the business of law firms and risk management.
• Meticulous organizational and multitasking skills and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with design & implementation of DMS solutions (NetDocuments, Worldox, iManage).
• Evaluate existing implementations and propose resolutions, enhancements, and tuning.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, timelines, and distributions.
• Refine existing design and implementation methodologies for DMS.
• Define, document, and implement best practices for the DMS practice group.
• Maintain subject matter expertise and awareness of industry trends.

We're seeking a Senior Consultant, DMS who will be responsible for helping build the Document Management Systems practice. The primary goal(s) will be to assist clients with the design and implementation of DMS systems.This role requires a deep understanding of DMS system solutions and the ability to work closely with clients to implement and optimize these solutions to meet their business needs.

What You'll Do:

• Assist clients with the design & implementation of Document Management Systems along with other technologies, specializing in NetDocuments, Worldox, or iManage deployments.
• Evaluateexisting implementations and developrecommendations for problem resolution, enhancement, and tuning.
• Develop, maintain, and manage against project plans, implementation timelines, and application distribution schedules.
• Develop and refine existing design and implementation methodologies.
• Define, document and implement best practices for the DMS practice group.
• Maintain a high level of subject matter and technical expertise as well as industry trends and knowledge.

What You Bring:

• Substantial law firm consulting experienceExperience in the analysis, design, implementation, administration, and support of electronic document management systems.
• 3+ years consulting in the legal vertical with proven track record of estimating and leading NetDocuments or iManageprojects.
• 2+ years of experience working with MSSQL Server databases.
• 5+ years of experience with complex, large-scale NetDocs or iManage implementations and product rollouts.
• 2+ years of experience in the integration of desktop applications with Document Management Systems.
• Understandthe business of law firms, including risk management issues facing firms.
• Meticulous organizational and multi-tasking skills.
