Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Director of Distribution Network Simulation to resolve DC throughput gaps and craft scalable simulation capabilities across the global supply chain. You will lead strategy, governance, and adoption of discrete-event modeling to improve labor, throughput, service, and capital investments.

You will manage a broad portfolio, establish standards, and translate simulation outputs into measurable business value while partnering with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of management experience in supply chain planning/operations.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop a 3–5 year roadmap to scale Simulation capabilities globally.
• Define embedding points for simulation in capacity planning and design.
• Establish global standards for model development, verification, and lifecycle management.
• Lead scenario analysis across throughput, capacity, and cost-to-serve and communicate to executives.
• Partner with Finance to define benefit baselines and validate realized value after implementation.
