Job summary

Seqirus is seeking a Director, Distribution & Logistics to lead end-to-end U.S. vaccine distribution, overseeing third-party logistics, distribution contracts, and a $15M-$25M logistics budget. The role ensures on-time, in-full, and damage-free delivery, while balancing logistics execution, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and financial stewardship.

This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of onsite and remote work. The position serves as the operational owner of Seqirus' U.S.

• Lead distribution quality oversight, including GDP compliance, audits, investigations, recalls, CAPAs, and issue resolution across the logistics network.
• Manage regulatory and customer readiness requirements to maintain product integrity, customer compliance, and uninterrupted product supply.
• Identify and mitigate distribution risks through effective governance, business continuity planning, and partnership with Quality, Regulatory, and Trade Compliance teams.

Financial & Performance Management

• Own the U.S. distribution and logistics budget, ensuring effective financial management, cost control, and alignment with business objectives.
