Job summary

Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC) is seeking a Direct Sales Director to lead our direct sales efforts with a focus on all service offerings. This Individual Contributor role will develop new leads, cross-sell, close sales, and meet revenue targets across industries.

You will leverage Salesforce to manage leads, deliver product demonstrations, and participate in ongoing sales process improvements. A base salary plus commission and annual renewals are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in a professional environment.
• Education and/or experience equivalent to a minimum of an associate’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience working in payroll services or the employee benefits industry

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound sales calls to current and potential clients.
• Educate potential clients regarding benefits and requirements of our products.
• Manage qualified leads distributed by Sales Operations team.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and MS Teams.
• Use Salesforce database for leads and won/loss tracking needs
