Chartwells K12 in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a dynamic Dining Services Training and Professional Development Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences for a premier K-12 district.

You will drive employee training, onboarding, safety compliance, and field development programs while promoting a culture of continuous learning and workforce development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of foodservice management experience.
• Experience leading employee training, onboarding, and safety programs.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and ServSafe certification requirements.
• Experience coordinating training schedules and maintaining training compliance records.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate training platforms and ensure programs are scheduled, tracked, and completed on time.
• Partner with field training teams to align strategies and deliver consistent learning experiences.
• Oversee onboarding and in-service training for new hires for smooth transitions.
• Schedule and monitor food safety and certification training programs (ServSafe and others).
• Ensure field-based training programs are planned, communicated, and executed district-wide.
• Lead safety training initiatives and compliance programs to promote a culture of safety.
• Drive initiatives to boost customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Build relationships with clients, administrators, and associates.
