Chartwells K-12 is seeking a Bench Director of Dining Services to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for a premier K-12 district in Jacksonville, FL. You will work to drive strategic initiatives, mentor staff, and ensure operational excellence across multiple sites during the training period before transitioning to a Director role.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L accountability, and a passion for food service management with a focus on safety and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Services Technology/Management/Hospitality or equivalent experience.
• Five plus years of foodservice management experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-volume food production and catering trends.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills.

• Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the organization.
• Own the annual budget and control costs optimally.
