Chartwells K12 in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Dining Services Training and Professional Development Director to lead training and development across the district’s dining program. You will drive onboarding, safety education, and continuous professional development for associates, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

The role requires hands-on operational leadership, strong coaching and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate large-scale training initiatives across

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Five+ years of foodservice management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading employee training, onboarding, and safety programs.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and ServSafe requirements.
• Experience coordinating training schedules and maintaining training records.
• Proven ability to collaborate with field operations and training teams.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary coordinator and administrator for all training platforms, ensuring programs are scheduled, tracked, and completed on time.
• Partner with field training teams to align strategies and deliver consistent learning experiences.
• Oversee onboarding and in-service training for all new hires.
• Schedule and monitor required food safety and certification training (ServSafe and others).
• Ensure field-based training programs are planned, communicated, and executed district-wide.
• Lead safety training initiatives, compliance programs, and accident prevention efforts.
