Salary: $75,000-85,000 per year

Other Compensation:

*Must be open to relocating to the Urbana/Champaign, IL area

Job Summary

As a Director of Dining Services, you will oversee the daily operations of an upscale retirement community. You will manage and lead a team of associates, handle client relations, and ensure the food quality meets high standards. Your responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
  • Collaborating with the Chef and management team to create menus and ensure top-quality food
  • Overseeing all P&L and budgeting related to the account
  • Implementing new culinary programs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to five years of foodservice operations experience
  • Upscale fine dining experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Business Management, or Culinary preferred
  • High-volume production and catering experience
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Desire to learn and grow within a top foodservice company
  • Dynamic and proactive approach with forward-thinking strategies
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet
