The successful candidate will provide thought leadership and strategic direction while maintaining executive relationships, ensuring seamless customer experiences. This is a full-time, remote role with potential travel responsibilities connected to customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in life sciences validation with a focus on commissioning and qualification.
• Deep technical understanding of the validation lifecycle for facilities and process equipment.
• Experience with risk-based qualification and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead market expansion and growth for Validation Management within North America.
• Provide strategic direction and maintain relationships with executive leadership.
• Develop strategy to drive customer adoption and transition to data-centric validation.
