We are seeking a Director, Digital Transformation, focused on delivering high-impact advisory services to biopharma clients. This individual will lead cross-functional project delivery, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into data, analytics, and technology solutions that enable commercial success. Beyond client delivery, the ideal candidate will also play a key role in business development efforts (e.g., shaping proposals, leading client discussions) and in advancing our internal capabilities (e.g., developing new frameworks, tools, and thought leadership). This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments and is passionate about elevating the way pharma commercial organizations leverage data and digital solutions.
As a Director, Digital Transformation you will:
- Lead digital transformation engagements for biopharma clients, translating complex business needs into scalable solutions
- Direct cross-functional project delivery across data, analytics, and technology strategies helping our clients maximize data opportunities
- Drive strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Trade, Patient Services, and Medical Affairs
- Guide clients through major transformation initiatives including product launches, insight generation, and digital modernization
- Shape proposals and lead business development conversations to expand client relationships
- Manage and coach junior team members and offshore resources
- Monitor emerging trends (e.g., AI, cloud, automation) and bring forward-thinking insights into client engagements
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in consulting and/or biopharma with deep expertise in commercial operations and a proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and eventually solutions.
- Experienced leading client engagements from discovery to delivery with minimal oversight.
- Must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and agile project delivery from roles at consulting firms, vendors, or startups
- Deep understanding of commercial data, analytics, and technology needs to support product launches, insight generation, and operational enablement across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Trade, Patient Services, and Medical Affairs
- Hands-on experience with biopharma commercial analytics across key domains such as:
- Business performance analytics
- Patient analytics and journey mapping
- Subnational and sales analytics
- Payer and access analytics
- Patient services and hub analytics
- Familiarity with key pharma commercial data assets, such as claims (open/closed), prescription/sales data, CRM/engagement data, and specialty pharmacy/HUB data
- Exceptionally driven and intellectually curious, with a strong commitment to staying current on emerging technologies (e.g., AI, cloud platforms, automation) and the ability to translate those trends into applications in commercial operations within life sciences
- Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in quality, collaboration, and growth
- High attention to detail and quality-first mindset; takes pride in delivering polished, client-ready outputs without oversight
- Highly organized and methodical, with strong ownership and follow-through; proactively identifies risks and ensures nothing falls through the cracks
- Strong communicator with experience working across cross-functional commercial teams, bridging gaps between business and technical stakeholders
- Passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and delivering impact in high-stakes, client-facing environments
- Available to travel up to 10-15% for client and team meetings

Base salary for this position is $175,000 – 200,000.
