About the Role
ATHLETA’s digital transformation and growth division is responsible for our end-to-end consumer experience transformation and business operations that define our go-to-market (GTM) execution. We aim to design every touchpoint to serve her everyday life and empower our consumers to feel seen. As part of this initiative, we are transforming our organization, capabilities, and operational processes to effectively plan and deliver on our strategic commercial priorities. Our goal is to execute and operate at the speed of social culture, which requires new capabilities, ways of working, and experiences to power a social-first digital organization and consumer experience. We seek a leader with a demonstrated track record of team leadership, business results, balanced e-commerce strategy, operational expertise, digital product acumen, and cross-functional leadership across the enterprise to realize our next-generation digital experiences. You have likely worked in both start-up/entrepreneurial environments and large organizations, gaining firsthand knowledge of building features and capabilities as well as working cross-functionally in scaled organizations. You will need to understand the big picture business opportunities, possess in-depth knowledge of high-growth, next-gen consumer experiences, and have a strong command of data and financials to drive optimal outcomes aligned with the Digital Organization’s strategic initiatives.
This role will focus on leading our digital transformation and growth initiatives through the evolution of our consumer experience, digital operations, and app expansion to accelerate the future of ATHLETA. Our leader must have a solid understanding of business and user needs, data, technology development, operational rigor, and emerging consumer expectations to enable value delivery at scale with speed. Leveraging data-driven insights and user-centric approaches, you will propel the business forward, ensuring agility, competitiveness, and transformative growth in the ever-evolving digital landscape while unlocking speed to value.
