What you'll do

The Director of Digital Transformation leads the Professional Services team, overseeing Digital Transformation Consultants (DTCs) across our key customers. This strategic leadership role involves managing large, strategic customer engagements, and leading a high-performing DTC team to ensure successful project delivery and customer outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with sales, customer success, and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure customer ROI with Docusign. A key focus is on customer success, platform adoption, and team performance to meet financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the DTC team’s business charter and success metrics.
• Foster a culture of thought leadership, collaboration, and excellence.
• Coach managers and team members to improve performance and develop skills.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and support customer growth on the Docusign platform.
• Manage team performance and financial targets.
• Contribute to the Professional Services leadership team, shaping business and customer strategies.
• Coordinate with international and cross-functional teams for go-to-market alignment.
• Support sales initiatives and articulate the value of Docusign and DTC services.

What you bring

Basic

• 12+ years in professional services or management consulting.

• 5+ years managing resource capacity and financial models.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute departmental strategies.
• Experience with financial results management, escalations, and stakeholder communication.
• BS/BA degree and management consulting experience.
