The Director of Digital Transformation leads the Professional Services team, overseeing Digital Transformation Consultants (DTCs) across our key customers. This strategic leadership role involves managing large, strategic customer engagements, and leading a high-performing DTC team to ensure successful project delivery and customer outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with sales, customer success, and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure customer ROI with Docusign. A key focus is on customer success, platform adoption, and team performance to meet financial targets.
