Job summary

Amgen seeks a Director of Digital Product Portfolio Enablement to advance product governance and portfolio strategy across enterprise leadership. You will partner with Finance, Technology, and Product Operations to align digital product management with business outcomes and investment priorities.

The role emphasizes executive storytelling, structured problem solving, and the evolution of the Digital Product Operating Model to drive value realization across the organization.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent in a relevant field with focus on digital product management or strategy.
• Advanced degrees preferred in healthcare, biotechnology, or IT strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of Technology Portfolio Reviews and executive product forums.
• Shape governance structures for MBRs/QBRs and portfolio cadences.
• Drive alignment between product strategy, investment priorities, and business outcomes.
• Coach senior leaders on storytelling, decision framing, and value realization.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data workflows in governance.
