Amgen Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Digital Product Management, Catalysts, to embed with high‑priority products and accelerate adoption of the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM).

You will coach product managers, shape strategies, define measurable outcomes, and guide roadmaps across multiple teams with a focus on value delivery. You will work with senior stakeholders, ensure alignment on priorities, and drive outcomes using an evidence-based, problem-first approach.

Qualificações

• Basic qualifications include Doctorate/ Master’s/ Bachelor’s with 3/5/7+ years in Digital Product fields.
• Proven ability to coach and upskill product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience owning or leading complex, interdependent high-priority products.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with complex products and lead DPOM adoption.
• Coach senior DPMs and cross-functional teams in advanced product management.
• Define outcomes, roadmaps, OKRs, KPIs, and prioritization decisions.
• Support discovery, validation, and learning to inform product decisions.
• Influence stakeholders without formal authority to align product strategy.
