Job summary

Amgen seeks an Associate Director, Digital Product Management to embed with complex product teams, coach Digital Product Managers, and advance the DPOM operating model. You’ll convert stakeholder needs into measurable outcomes, influence roadmaps, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

Doctorate or Master’s degree plus relevant Digital Product experience.
Proven leadership of complex product teams and initiatives.
Experience with DPOM, OKRs, KPIs and outcome-driven roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead embedded product leadership and coaching across complex product teams.
Coach Digital Product Managers on advanced product practices and discovery.
Shape product direction, align stakeholders, and prioritize roadmaps.
Drive DPOM adoption, clarify roles, and improve value delivery.
Capture learnings and contribute to DPOM playbooks and templates.
