Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery, to shape strategy and execution for core clinical care delivery products, including documentation, in-clinic and virtual encounters, and care coordination.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or clinical background preferred (RN/MD/DO/NP/PA).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare ops and clinical tech product mgmt.
• Proven track record partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, or value-based care orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end clinical technology pathways.
• Translate clinical vision into Epic architectures and product specs.
