Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Clinical Documentation & Care Delivery. You will guide technology strategy for core clinical care delivery products, including documentation, in-clinic and virtual encounters, and care coordination.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team to translate clinical vision into scalable Epic-based roadmaps, focusing on safety, patient experience, and reducing the total cost of care while partnering with clinical leaders and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic)
• Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, and value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to design end-to-end care models and reduce administrative burden while improving patient and provider experience.
• Serve as a strategic partner for CVS HCD stakeholders defining care model strategy and what to deliver.
• Lead cross-functional tech teams to surface how to enable care model strategy and end-to-end product execution.
• Establish shared outcome metrics linking technology investments to clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance.
