The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists seeks a Director, Digital Platforms & User Experience in Washington, DC. You will own and govern the portfolio including the website, community platform, LMS, and mobile app, ensuring stability, accessibility, and a seamless user experience across channels.

Lead platform strategy, establish UX standards, and manage vendor partnerships while driving continuous improvement through analytics, testing, and user feedback.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years in digital platforms/UX.
• Experience leading teams, vendors, and Agile delivery.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic ownership and governance of ACOG's digital platform portfolio.
• Oversee platform stability, performance, accessibility, and release cycles.
• Lead the design system standards and component library strategy.
• Ensure accessibility compliance and end-user training.
• Manage Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog, and releases.
• Partner with business teams to validate user needs and UX improvements.
