The Director, Digital Platforms & User Experience leads the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of ACOG’s digital platforms, including the website, community platform, LMS, and mobile app experience. This role ensures that ACOG’s digital properties are stable, scalable, accessible, and aligned with business and user needs. The Director leads platform operations and governance while establishing UX standards, managing strategic vendor partnerships, and continuously optimizing the digital ecosystem through performance measurement, analytics, testing, and user feedback to deliver a seamless , consistent user experience across channels. This role partners closely with IT, Membership, Marketing and Communications , Publishing and Product Development, Meetings , and Data Strategy to execute ACOG’s digital roadmap and support the broader Digital Experience Framework.
Note: This position is considered Hybrid and will need to commute to ACOG's office located in Washington, D.C.
