Responsibilities include translating business needs into system requirements, driving cross-site alignment, and shaping the Digital Technologies roadmap while leveraging Change Management and data

Qualifications

• Experience translating complex business needs into system requirements for MES/ERP implementations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or supply chain across modalities preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-site initiatives and influence diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define requirements for digital manufacturing and supply chain capabilities across sites.
• Harmonize system implementations to maximize interoperability.
• Drive cross-site alignment on MES and ERP implementations.
• Ensure enterprise data governance aligned with FAIR principles.
• Design business processes leveraging digital capabilities for data generation.
• Develop roadmaps aligning systems with business processes and data management.
